Review content:
The people are friendly but I had to wait 3 weeks passed my delivery window. I was consistently told that my things were only a couple of days out when they were apparently in a storage facility somewhere. The estimate they gave me was so far off that I had to pay over 30% more than they quoted me, by that time it was too late and no choice but to pay. Was difficult to get updates on the whereabouts of my things. I was still made to pay full price upon delivery. I was told that something will be worked out, but its been a week since delivery and still no word. I'm sad that I spent so much money for the services rendered. I'm sad that I paid to use this company. I should have rented a uHaul truck.
