MasterTech AutoCare does great work. We initially found them because they're so conveniently located and the proximity of their shop to us is very accessible. They're definitely our go-to auto shop. We've been using them for over 10 years and appreciate the reasonable length of time to get an appointment. They always get back to us right away and notify us about what repairs they will do before they go through with them.
I'm also grateful for how they seem to help us save money. For instance, John has split repairs into two sessions to reduce the size of a bill and other thoughtful things like that. They seem to use the best quality oil for our oil changes and we were also very happy with the tires that they've helped us replace on our cars. I feel like we have a good repertoire and they have everything in our best interests. They have provided us with very reliable auto care which is hard to find when so many people bring you in with low prices just to try to sell you additional services. We've never experienced this with MasterTech AutoCare and everyone on the staff is just wonderful.
They know what they're doing and convey the information very well. John is a bit of a quiet guy but really knows his stuff and is quite personable. We really want to support small businesses in the area and find MasterTech AutoCare to be reputable, consistent, and upfront. They know our cars and get the work done well.
