Up to now, I have been very satisfied with Ronnie and the service I've recieved in the past. I just would like to bring up an issue that I still have not resolved in my mind. During my last visit, my driver side door had a working hinge. After the repair, I noticed something unusual with the driver side door but did not follow-up and just went home. Later when I noticed again the the door just openned without stopping, I noticed that the hinge was missing. What I am upset about is the the hinge was there and working prior to the repair job. The technician gave very misleading information when I took the car back - not acknowledging that something happened during the repair. I know for a fact that the hinge was there prior to the repair and the door might have been making some noise but it opened correctly. All the front desk guy wanted to do was to offer to order the hinge at my cost and repair it at my cost. I should have brought it to Ronnie's attention but I didn't. Even though I have taken my car there many times before, I was disappointed that the mechanic was denying anything occurred under his watch.
