In one word: Marvelous. We are from Ohio and realized after we arrived in Brewer/Bangor/Orrington area that a lug nut was missing from our tire. We stopped at an auto supply and were told they did not have the correct lug nut for our car. We drove down Road 15 in Brewer and saw the Sullivan Tire sign and stopped to ask for help. The manager at the front desk called one of the workers and reported our problem. The repairman came out and looked at the car, went inside, came out again, and replaced the lug nut. Then he tightened all lug nuts on all tires. We entered the store again to pay, and the manager and the worker said there was no charge. How generous, and what a relief for us. Thanks. When we are in town again and have a car problem, this is the place we will go.
