The customer service when we called the office was less than desirable. The woman on the phone was rude and acted as if she hated her job. The first day, the technician was to come by 4pm and did not show up until after 6pm. After getting a quote for repairs, he was scheduled to come the next day after his 9am appt a few streets over. He never showed and we were told he'd be fixing our washer between 9 and noon the following day. He finally showed up at 2pm and gave me a higher bill than we were originally quoted. He eventually settled for payment of the first quote. We were told to wait 8-24 hours before using our washer. This morning I was excited to try it out and finally catch up on all the laundry we'd accumulated waiting for this repair. My washing machine is WORSE than it was before!! And when we called about it, we got the same rude attitude as before over the phone, with the woman even hanging up on my husband. They are s
