Review content:
I stayed there for a week and a half and I thought it was very nice (they did raise the rate on me when I got there by about $20 per night but then upgraded me to a larger room). The people that work there are great, they will bend over backwards to help you. The entire raising the rate on me thing pissed me off at first, but guys like Mitchell and Jason made me feel better about the place very quickly. Its not the Ritz but it has enough niceties (the entire bathroom is made of marble, cheap marble but still marble) to make you feel like you are pampering yourself a little bit at least. The rooms can be quite small but the rooms in south beach generally are pretty tiny. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. I would recommend this place to friends.
