i sent a package through staples at valley stream via UPS on March 5, 2011. They sent my package to MA instead of RI and until now its been 2 weeks they never recovered the package yet. I've been to the store at least 5 times. The assistant manager (whatever, Vilardi) was very helpful. But anyway they've been telling me that my package was tracked by UPS and will be delivered back to Staples but it never happened. First of all, the lady who accepted my package did not double check that the address was different (although the street was the same), the city was different and went ahead and ship my package. It's been so much hassle for me to drop by staples just to check if the package was sent back. after all it's their stupid fault to send it to the wrong address...
