I brought in a printer American Office systems, filled out paperwork on me and my printer but was not given a claim receipt. When I asked why they told me they would call me to see if it can be fixed or repaired and we would go from there.
After over a month I dropped by the shop to check on the printer since I had not heard from them. The MGR there would not look for any papers I filled out and told me that after 30 days they get rid of anything left.
I explained what they had told me and asked for my paperwork I filled out and they could not find it. (Actually the MGR did not even look for the papers). The MGR simply told me to look at a sigh on their wall that said if anything was "Left" over 30 days they were not responsible. Well, I never got a call from them nor did they leave any messages. Nor did I get any forms or paperwork telling me of any 30 day penalty. I suppose a person needs to read ALL the things that are posted on their walls. NOT!!! Because I never got anything from them. Now I am out a printer and they will not do anything to find it. see if it was worked on, or fixed or where it is now. TERRIBLE company, The whole office was a mess with piles of papers all over the desks. STAY away from these people. I have reported them to the better business bureau and will be suing them if they do not replace my printer or pay for it's loss.
