Review content:
Late Friday afternoon on May 23rd my daughter's car wouldn't start and she required a jump. I called the dealership and asked if she could bring it in right away for them to look at on Saturday. I was told that they were booked up but the service person suggested I speak to John Davis who might be able to squeeze me in to look at the battery. Not only was he able to change the battery, but since my daughter hadn't had any service other than oil changes since Christmas (she went to school out of state) he was able to get all the required service done and look into the warning light saying the airbag was not working. Then, since we would not be able to pick up the car until after the dealership closed; I asked him to lock the keys in the car as my daughter had her second set of keys. Well, she didn't. They were locked in the car with the other set. It was a three day weekend and I work out of the country during the week. I called John the day after Memorial Day and explained the situation and he handled it beautifully by cutting another key and holding my daughter's car until we could pick it up on Saturday. Now that's what i call going above and beyond. I had the pleasure of meeting John when I picked up my daughter's car and it is my pleasure to know him. I am now a loyal customer of Heritage Hyundai as I have been a loyal customer of Heritage Mazda for many years. They provide great and personalized service.
