Dreadful experiences. One cat was killed by callous treatment and shoddy misinformed follow up--when I called concerned with cat's behaviour after a procedure I was told by a receptionist to do the very opposite of what I should have and ended up with 3 visits late night to emergency vet and finally had to put him down(at another very loving vet)because of the damage done. Also had a 5 week kitten in with a terrible spider bite on leg, swollen to 4 times normal and was passed off with no treatment or instruction. The leg was infected and nearly lost. We were kept waiting while the 'Dr' had a nail appointment--long fake nails on a vet? The treed raccoon photos in lobby were very disturbing too.\r The front staff was great and pleasant but the doctor(s) were criminal.
