Review content:
Had a clogged sewer pipe so i contacted roto rooter @ 10pm on a saturday night, they sent out a technician to my house, Technician tried for 1 1/2 hrs to unclog my pipe and was unsuccessful so he said he would put in for another tech to come out in the morning to try again. Next morning roto rooter contacted me stating they had another tech coming. Tech August Kolb showed up and worked on pipe for 30 minutes until he was able to clear line caused by roots. He then ran camera through pipe and determined that i had several large roots growing through pipe. August recommended that i have the pipe jetted to remove roots. August was very polite and professional and i will be using roto rooter again due to him.
