I have never been treated so rudely by so many employees at one business, on many separate occasions. I brought my dog here following a dog fight that left her with a small hole on the skin of her abdomen. They performed a surgery, and it was not done correctly. My dog nearly died as a result. When I called the next morning to tell them something was clearly wrong, she needed to be seen, they told me they were booked, and offered an appointment for the next day. I cried she might not even be alive tomorrow. You did this surgery and now youre not going to see her, when im telling you something is wrong?? No, they wouldnt. I called my regular vet, who had me bring her right in. (This had happened around 7pm, so my vet was closed or i'd have gone there first.) My vet was horrified to find the condition they'd left her in. He told me anyone performing surgery on a dog's abdomen must know the skin has to be stitched to the muscles at the top of the inside of her abdomen, otherwise fluid wou
