I called after 630pm and the phone was answered promptly by a friendly & informative person, who seemed to truly care about my situation. I was given the opportunity for immediate service (at no extra charge) or service the following morning. I got a phone call from the service tech in route to my home with an estimated arrival time, which was met.
Sean was knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He serviced both the doors quickly and made sure that they were working properly by testing them more than once. Great service and reasonable rates~~ I will recommend you to friends with no hesitation. Thanks.
