I have worked with Tina over the course of 3 years and have NEVER had anything but excellent customer service. She has never used unprofessional language or done anything that was seen as rude or ignorant. She bends over backwards to help her clients and absolutely treats us wonderfully. She mails us birthday cards and cards for every occasion. She fights for her customers and always finds ways to bring the cost down. I highly recommend her as I have never had any issues whatsoever. She has on her desk letters that she has gotten from customers thanking her...That doesn't sound like someone that you describe. I am thinking that your problem is you and Not her!
