Thank you so much, Gorges. We were out of town, two hours from home when we had car trouble. My wife is 8 months pregnant and we had our three year old with.
We called road-side assistance, and they were less than helpful. We called the dealership we actually bought the car from. They never even returned the call.
In contrast, Gorges was responsive and helpful from the very first call. Their service and helpfulness were exceptional. Special thanks to Cory, in particular.
We bought our first Volvo from Gorges, and we won't buy from anyone else again.
