Review content:
I had a bad feeling about the weight document they provided me. I told the Driver this is my 4th move in last two years. I would like to re weigh the truck after done unloading. Driver said closest weighing station is 60 miles away. I said alright but I still want to make sure that I am not being cheated. Driver said he truck weigh less than original then I will be ending with paying more money from my pocket. I said either way I will be fine. In the mean while I called one of our friend and he told me that there is a weighing station only 4-5 miles away. Driver agreed and I gave him the $3000 in cashier check and about $1680.11 on credit card. After unloading as soon as we walked out for weighing station he called his boss( dispatch station ) and some guy on other line start screaming at me that I should have told them this earlier and now driver came with the new story that they change truck on their way, so it is not the same truck and it won't weigh same. and after that he ran away on me. Please look into the issue. I had my full trust in you guys but I feel cheated and very disappointed. I also have a friend who witness this whole situation.
