My husband and I had bought each other a loose stone for our wedding band and decided to get them custom made. We decided to go to Lauray's. My wedding ring turned out ok, it wasn't exactly how we wanted it. And my husband's turned out great, at first. After a month the bottom side of his European shank started showing some impurities. (It looked like a cheap ring that chips and you can see the metal underneath).We took it in, they sent it off, and it came back totally messed up. The european shank is square and it came back like a rhombus shape, totally uneven. And some parts were slanted and uneven. It looked like crap. So they sent it off again, though I made it known that I was reluctant.So again it comes back messed up. It was maybe 10% better. The guy (Jason) we had been working with this whole time got an attitude when I asked if he seen the same thing I was seeing. He said, "I don't know what to tell you!" I asked if he could tell me what company they sent the ring to and he go
