Review content:
Came over to survey the proposed project. I had to call multiple times over weeks to get an estimate. The contract came through missing major parts of the project. I called and discussed. Revisions came back wrong again. Asked to speak with the company principal (now the son, the father appears to have taken a back seat) who never got on the phone. Very frustrating and has put me back weeks because I was interested in the company from past dealings with the father. They're obviously having trouble over there now, though. Awful communication and seemingly no real interest in getting it right. Good thing I found out now! The job (and not a small one) will go to someone else.
