Businiess name:  The Ford Store San Leandro

Review content:
A couple of years ago we incurred expenses of about $1,000 to repair a problem with the headlight control which caused the headlights to suddenly switch off. Recently Ford sent a letter acknowledging a design defect in the control and offering to reimburse us retroactively for the expense. The Ford Store in San Leandro knew exactly how to go about processing the claim with customary efficiency, duly submitted to Ford. Today we received a check from Ford in the full amount of the expense. At a time when great cynicism exists about fair dealing in Corporate America, Ford's resolve to "make things right" for their customers is a breath of fresh air. My first car was a Ford, and I have owned several Ford products since then including a Mercury Grand Marquis and a Lincoln Navigator presently which The Ford Store in San Leandro has serviced expertly. This illustration of Ford's ethical and responsible behavior toward its customers ensures that there will be more Ford products in our future. The Ford Store in San Leandro can be proud to represent the Ford Motor Company.
