If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I called today to ask about a 2000 Lexus ES300 they had advertised on cars.com. I was put through to Robert who interrupted my every other word. I continued speaking with him because I was very interested in the car and had spent a fair amount of time researching the year/model for reliability. He assured me the car had not been sold and suggested I call his cell phone before heading over to make sure it was still there before I drove all the way down (I was coming from Concord). I did as he suggested and called his cell phone and he again confirmed the car was still available. I spent 45 minutes driving down there and when I got there, another man tried to help me. I let him know who I was waiting for and the car I was interested in. It turns out this gentleman (not Robert) was the manager. First he tried directing me to a Lexus SUV (not the ES300). Then he directed me to the ES330. Seriously, if you're the manager, shouldn't you know what a Lexus ES
