I was to receive an estimate for a fence. At the the appointment time I get a phone call from the estimator stating that she is in my housing community but there is no such address and to call the office to reschedule. I call the office and am blamed for giving the incorrect address which is completely false! Horrible customer service. I then try to reschedule, stupid me, and am told I cannot because they have no appointments available for the next 3-4 weeks. They should have done there job and used GPS when trying to find addresses. My housing is in a cul-de-sac and is not hard to find!
