Service Champions is the only company we will use for our heating/AC needs. We first met them 2 years ago when we needed to replace our furnace, and our experience with every one of the technicians who came here was great: They are extremely respectful, professional, kind, thorough with their work, clean, and friendly. I also love the fact that they are never trying to sell you a service or product; they explain to you the situation and it's really up to you to decide what you want to do. This year we called them for servicing our AC and we ended up replacing our ducts (which we knew were in pretty bad condition as they were the original from 1978 and made out of asbestos). These guys are amazing! They put booties on when they go into your home, don't waste any time, are very clear in their explanations of what is happening with your system, if things are working well they tell you so, and if something is wrong they tell you without trying to scare you or making a big issue of it. Totally professional. When they are done, they clean after themselves and leave your home in the same condition or even cleaner. Gus and Louis were the installers of our new ducts, and when they were installing the new vents, they would clean the wall and vacuum too. My preschooler was having lunch at the time, and when she was finished, they even vacuumed the little mess left on and around her high-chair! Talk about "Good Deeds for Free". We also want to thank Sophanna and Cody. All you guys are incredible! Keep up the good work and may God bless you.
