We wrote Kimberly and never got a response from her so we felt a need to let others know about our experience. Overall, three main things concerned us, chief among them being the fact that she somehow had the wedding date wrong even though all of our paperwork had the correct on them. Number two was the fact that either a) the cake was unfinished (which would make sense given the fact that you were a day behind). or b) it was just a hastily put together cake. In addition the cake was not done to the specifications on the contract.
Third and finally, when you ran over and dropped off the cake there was no apology, no attempt to speak to either of us nor was there an email or any follow up to this disaster whatsoever. We had to stop our festivities in order to track you down and the whole experience was really the one big sore spot of our wedding.
