Yesterday, 20 May 2014, Penney responded to a call for a blocked basement drain. She arrived within an hour of the call and went straight to work. Opened the main drain and found that to be clear. Opened the secondary drain and snaked the pipes over 70 feet to the street - twice! Found the problem and continued to flush the pipes. Once they were running clear she used a video inspection to insure all blockage was cleared.\r

Penney was fantastic and compassionate.\r

Would use Roto Rooter again and hope that Penney would be the technician.\r

She is a credit to the company and the franchise.\r
