saved us a lot of money..we had a 2nd floor bathroom leak trickling down the wall below it. Mr. Rooter said our stack needed to be replaced and wanted $3800 to line the stack or $5400 to replace it. \r

We called Brian for a second opinion. He said the problem was a leak in the horizontal pipe that connects to the stack.. not the stack, and confirmed his diagnosis when he tore the wall open. The whole repair cost $850. \r

Brian was very knowledgeable and personable. We will use him again if needed.
