Review content:
Have had several items framed at Big Picture. They always provided top quality and wonderful service. I have been of the opinion that they are a bit pricey but worth it. I have always been suspicious of their so called everyday 30% discount-I am of the opinion that they marked up the price to cover the discount.
I saw that they were advertising a 50% discount and went in with two projects to be framed. I assumed that the item they would normally price at say $350 would then be $175. I was promptly informed that the 50% was instead of their usual 30% and with their math the price came out to about the usual. The work is great, the employees are great, but for my opinion the pricing is dishonest and dishonorable. I plan on taking my business elsewhere.
