                    I purchase a brand new vehicle and a full extended warranty. There is a dealership 5 min from my house, but I felt more comfortable with the slidell team, and they are dog people so that's where I took my business. The service department failed to communicate and fix a routine tire sensor issue on the first try and when I called to speak to a manager he offered me a free oil change in an effort to make up for my wasted time and inconvenience. Well this time they, again, failed to fix the issue, just repeated the same "fix" as last time (not what we discussed on the phone, and refused to honor the free oil change because I use synthetic oil in my car. So on my 3rd or 4th service for the same issue, when I was promised a free oil change I was instead charge close to $90! This isn't the first oil change they have performed in my car so why offer me a free one, knowing I use synthetic, if they would then refuse to honor it? I called the manager, by the next day he hadn't called me back with a resolution, so my husband called. That was 3 days ago and we still haven't heard anything. I'm so disappointed.
