I am all about customer service/and quality of product!!!
I was a little disappointed with a few dents and scratches on the car an the interior fabric was black which looks unpleasant with white spots, however, the car drove smooth. I had the pleasure of dealing with Beverly in the Brooklyn office, Gloria(not sure what office), Ray from the Bronx location, and I have to say, they where extremely pleasant. Based on my experience with the employees I would use this rental car company again, I probably would be a bit more specific on car details. I would also recommend them.
