HORRIBLE!! we thought at first it was going well until they left..we had black stuff all over my white couches(which i pointed out to the movers before they left)they didn't care at all.they admitted it had to come from the truck..all the beds were put together wrong. my son's bed even broke due to no support because the movers didn't bother to screw in the screws. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
