Review content:
Just returned from an annual exam, heartworm test and shots for my dog. They gave him an extra vaccine (bordetella) that I did not want because I am on limited finances. When she gave me the total I could not believe the amount! I asked her to tell me the cost and everything he was given and when I said I didn't want the bordetella because we don't kennel him she went and checked with the vet tech who said I confirmed all shots and agreed to them. I DID NOT! I asked her if there was anything they could do and she said no because it was already administered and obviously she didn't care whatsoever. I had to take off the heartworm medicine so that the total was not so outrageous and it was still $30 more than what I was told on the phone! Unfortunately I still have to go back because the fecal sample is a pre-pay and of course they already charged me. It's a good thing I am moving away because I never want anything to do with this vet again! They don't care, they just want your money! D
