Absolutely one of the worst properties I have ever rented. We have continuously had problems with our A/C and bugs. Cockroaches have infested the downstairs almost every time it starts to warm up outside.. no matter how many times we have deep cleaned and sprayed our house (& we are not messy people). Our A/C has gone out AT LEAST 8 times since our lease began. This past month we had maybe half a week of running A/C.. or maybe just the cooler weather that kept the temperature a little lower. On average, our house has remained at 85 degrees or higher. What's the way Rent Athens/The Woodlands has responded? ""It's fixed"" or we're waiting on the homeowner, who refuses to put forth money into repairs, to approve. When you're not dealing with cheap homeowners, you're dealing with the HORRIBLE staff who works the office (& works with Rent Athens as well.) They are extremely rude and will only discuss matter that pertain to fines being paid. If it is anything inconvenient or a burden to them, don't expect an answer. Speaking of fines, they have found absolutely anything to fine any tenant on. So if you're looking for a lease from hell, you've found your place.
