not pleased I have been taking my dog to banfield since he was abandoned on my door 36 days ago a new vet looked at my dog and said he had cushings . so I left him for some blood work went to go pick him up hours later with some meds 100.00 for 30 day supply 150.00 for the blood test then a 2 weeks later 150.00 then best of all the person behind the counter said he needs to be here by 7 am he was at 1pm I called to check on him they had not even looked at him but 3:42 they called and said he need another blood test 230.00 this time and they still had not treated him for blood work or any other services picked him up 7pm he was so stressed he did not eat all he did for 2 days was sleep so I pulled the B from my back pocket and told them I wanted to talk to the vet she called about 730pm that night to question me why I was so upset and to tell me she was not going to refill his meds unless I brought him back for the blood test I had no choice but to take him back to remove him from the meds would kill him so I took him at 11am told the rudest person I would be back to pick him up at 2pm she no they will call you when they are done wrong women to tell that to I looked at the little snotty b and said no I will be here at 2 to get my dog as I walked away she called me a bitch I turned and question her she walked away DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE if I had thought about it faster I would not be where I am today I am stuck with dealing with them I can not afford to start the process over just beware I am not sure how a vet can take care of 36 dogs plus walk-ins in 8 hours
