Dr. Hineman is wonderful. But after having a concern following an appointment with Dr. Mody, I called to speak with Dr. Hineman (the Dr I have taken my kids to for the past 10 years) and the office manager "Ed" said she was "far too busy to deal with matters like this". I said I needed to speak with Dr. Hineman before coming into the office again and he immediately said he would cancel all further appointments and then hung up. I did not scream or swear or abuse this manager in any way and I find this completely unacceptable & just plain rude. Sadly, Dr. Hineman will never even know why my children no longer go to her practice. Business must be really good to throw away patients so easily.
