I really wanted to be a fan of this place, but, unfortunately I can not. The website is fantastic, and user friendly to say the least. Kids love it, due to the ease of use, and the number of choices trhey have to choose a customized design. But, I ordered customized shorts for my daughters High School Softball team, as well as her travel team, and all decals came off, and landed in the washer during the first wash. That was one order I placed. Being optimistic, I gave them one more shot, and was left dissapointed again. Same iron on decals fall off in washer again......... But most dissapointing of all, was that the sweatshirt I orderd, that was supposed to be the 80/20 cotton, shows up as a 50/50 and cheap as can be....... Thin, small to size and just a complete dissapointment........ Hate to be negative, because I really do like everything else, with regards to this site, and the options thaey give consumers. But, at the end of the day, too many dissapointments equals, shop elsewhere...........
