I am new to the area and had heard of this place. My Blk Lab has only been in a Kennel 1 other time. She is a beautiful looking dog. I asked when we dropped her off over the Xmas holiday if I could have a tour of the place. They were very accommodating but when they took her leash off the 1st thing they did was use a choke collar. My radar went up at that point. We returned early from our Holiday because I kept feeling something was not right with this place. Sure enough, we picked up our dog early and she had a large gash on her nose that had been bleeding, the skin around her mouth was completely raw and very red. She had large red scratches in her ears. Wait that is not all of it, she had diarrhea and large amounts of Blood. She was not the same dog that was dropped off just before Xmas. I showed and reviewed the situations with employees and they said nothing happened to her. RIGHT !!!! But I was still charged full price without any answers. DONOT USE THEM!!!!!..... I have pictures
