I should preface this review by saying that I don't give bad reviews regularly, nor am I a psycho pet owner that never kennels her dog. We have used Club Pet on several occasions and have always been happy. Unfortunately, on our dog's last 10-day stay, he came back in very poor condition. He had what our vet thought could be a chemical burn on his back with 100s of little blisters and oozing scabs (although she and the other vets in their office could not be sure of the cause - they had never seen anything like it before). He stayed overnight at the vet's office and was loaded up with steroids and antibiotics. Fortunately he is fine now. We found out that another dog boarded there at the same time had the same problem and that dog's vet didn't know what the problem was either. We spoke to Club Pet on several occasions and although they tried to be helpful, they refused to give us any of our money back.
