I was in the process of selling a condo out in Sandestin. Part of the agreement with the buyers, was I had to replace a fogged a window. Hired a different glass guy who went out there measured and gave me a quote two days later. A week later I called to find out the status of the order and come to find out that guy lost all the information and never order the glass. The sell was going final the following day. I asked if they could get out and remeasure and get me quote so I can have the funds escrow. They said they'd get back to me. In the mean time, I contacted Destin Glass and explained my situation. They had some one out there within the hour and I had a proposal within the next two hour. The whole thing was handled within three hours and the cost was cheaper. I will only do business with Destin Glass from here on out! They are very friendly and down to earth people.
