Daytona Hyundai is a great dealership but since I have worked within this industry for years I can see ALOT of problems that can make it a solid 5 star. on my 2 visits I saw Charlie McHale outside walking through the new cars smoking with a nasty attitude and rude look on his face when I waved and said hi. As a MAIN PUBLIC FIGURE he shouldn't be portraying a funny happy go lucky person when real life he is nasty! Now their sales staff are great but the way the floor is run is unacceptable. The Service Department is a big issue. The Advisors are great nothing wrong with them 5 starts there but it's the ability of how long it takes for repairs. Understaff on mechanics and not a lot of work room for new mechanics. The way the lot is set up is hard to get in and out of and there isn't a lot of customer parking. It's confusing where to pull in and out of. I have friends that work there so I know I can pull down the side street and right into service without going thru the front an side maze to get there. getting out the same way. 2 ways to get out but 1 puts you on the main around and 500 ft away is where your U-turn is if you know how to get around the building you can go out to the side road and go to the light.
