Review content:
Over the past couple of week we've worked with numerous support staff at all times of day on 3 major new implementation projects. Each of them have responded quickly and were able to resolve my issue or point me to information that allowed us to resolve it on our own. With these new projects we were not always the subject matter experts but with Nexcess support we made it through.
