I was very excited to go to Sedona Spa. I had a friend in from out of town and we wanted a good massage and facial. I read all the reviews and decided to give it a shot since their facial was cheaper than some of the other nice places.
The experience was sub-par considering how much they do charge. The worst was during my massage, my massage therapist was TEXTING ON HER PHONE!! She was massaging my leg with one hand and kept texting. She did it 3 times. I am appalled at the professionalism! I have never been to a spa where they take the fact that you are spending $100 so lightly.
I do not recommend this place!
Pros: Example: best croissants in town
Cons: texting during massage!
