I was a patient at Central Ohio Skin and Cancer for several years and was always pleased with the service until yesterday. I was unable to see my normal doctor so I was scheduled with another doctor for my routine annual check. When I walked in I was greeted by some lady saying ""you been helped yet"" I said ""no"" and she did not hear me and said ""what I didn't hear you"" So I said "" NO I HAVE NOT"" then she says my name real loud, Im thinking why dont you shout out why Im hear while you're at it. \r
Anyway, the doctor was great but her schedule at that practice is limited to one day a week and it happens to be a day I can not get off very often. I let them know this at the scheduling desk and the girl looked at me like I was crazy for asking for a different day to schedule and with a different doctor. She mad no attempt to get me scheduled on another day eventhough I have 3 suspicious moles that need removed and was supposed to come in the following week. I have a history and high risk for melanoma so I found this service to be very unacceptable. As of yesterday, I am NO LONGER a patient. I have made my follow up at another practice and unfortunately cant get in until January but that is sooner than with this joke of a practice.\r
I used to recommend this practice but now all I can say is find another place to go.
