Maria Soto is a thief and an illegal alien that runs around with MFS Credit..aka MFS Taxes...aka MFS Property Management Company LLC which is a company that does not exist. Do not rent the daycare center at 2518 Hillcrest lane for she is the owner who is being sued by Dallas County for over three years of unpaid property taxes. She runs around with criminal Greg Hunter, Kenneth Smith who help her rip off people who think they want to rent this daycare center. I had it years before when Mr. Jerry Jordan was alive. He is now rolling in his grave watching what Maria Soto has decided to use this daycare center for. The city will not allow you to open once you have paid Maria Soto and Greg Hunter thousands of dollars in rent money. I paid her over $7100.00 as she knew it could never be used for a rented daycare center. IT IS A Scam! Not only did they steal my money, they had the nerve to steal my furniture which was donated by TXI for the children to use, but they also use the DeSoto Courts to place judgements on people to steal even more money from you. Maria was once a friend of mine. She has changed. I pray for her soul. Something is seriously wrong with her. The INS needs to deport her back to Mexico were she belongs. She was once a christian. No more, she has become a thief. Gregg may also be an illegal alien from Jamaica.\r
THEY ARE SICK PEOPLE WHO LIE HABITUALLY! They will tell you that they will take care of the remolding and repair of the center. They lie! Maria needs to be placed in jail. She ran away to the Kleberg area she calls moving to the country. She is running away from herself. She will try to get you to pay for her moving expenses, her dying sister, food for her household. Believe she has never missed a meal which is why she weighs close to 500pounds. She needs mental help. Greg and his accomplices need to be placed in jail for fraud. He will call himself Maria's agent, and change the lease to what he wants it to say. We signed the lease in my home. Five days later he sends me a lease stating that only I would be responsible for any repairs, he fraudulenly changed the lease into what he wanted it to say for his and Maria Soto's benefit. Do not rent the daycare center at 2518 Hillcrest Lane. Greg Hunter has no office at 2306 or 2606 Oak Lane. They are thieves, and it appears that the city o f grand prairie and the police allow them to thrive there in the city to continue to rip people off. I believe eveything above that I have read about maria Soto. She has become the thieves that in the past has ripped her off. I have a $9,000.00 judgement against me for a building I could never rent from theives who meter tamper, and steal your furntiture as you try to move in.\r
What you did to me Maria will come back at you seven times worst. It is biblical! You use to know the bible. Children's Express... aKA The Children's Garden has become a rental scam of a daycare center. The poor people that live in that division cannot receive simple daycare because of what this woman has become. She needs psychological help, she needs to become a legal citizen, and then put her in jail where Jesus can meet with her to get her old soul back, then she needs to lose weight so she won't be completely diabetic. CPS, The City of Grand Prairie, Grand Prairie Police, The Grand Prairie Courts...wake up! Why do you protect this individual and her band of thieves Greg Hunter and Kenneth Smith?
