Review content:
Roger and his service manager Brandon are perhaps the most incompetent, unreliable people when it comes to doing what they say they will. I had planned a vacation on Quail creek lake. I had an appt for Monday and left the boat there on Thursday before to summerize and assess other work. When I called in Tuesday it was still out front in plain view and not been started. The carb needed to be replaced and asked if they could overnight it since it would take a week otherwise. We agreed on $100 but would reimburse the difference. That never happened. The primary issue was the number of phone calls that I made and they were never returned or they were too busy. I've been there and they aren't busy enough to take a message and call back. After losing 2 days of vacation waiting for my boat I picked it up on a windy Saturday afternoon and went back to work on Monday. When Roger spoke to me on Friday he put someone else in charge of my small project. \r
I would not ever recommend Rogers Performance Marine for work on your boats. He is an out of touch owner and not concerned enough to train his employees. He became very defensive on the phone and wouldn't meet with me when I picked up the boat.
