I have also been to this dentist with my oldest daughter. Yes they do have a line up but never once did the staff not speak to us and we were always greeted and they also took the time to explain what was going on. I actually just called to schedule my youngest daughters appt. and she is not one that likes to go to doctors and I have no fear taking her to them! I always say treat people as you would like to be treated and maybe that's something more of us should try to do and our encounters may be a little better!:)
