These ppl do not serve community, they serve the wealthy or those who have no imput in their health care. Looking for socilized medicine... well they are offering it. Do what they say without question. That is the type of patient they want, not one who is disabeled with many ortho problems. \r
Don't know about the doctors because I couldn't get past the aweful cruel staff to get an appointment with the doctor physician refered me to see. Wasted about 3 hours of my life trying. If the appt is with another physician could you please be considerate enough to offer me an explanation. Glad I didn't waste my transportation costs. PS. Maybe they are kinder face to face but I wouldn't count on it. \r
Also after being disrespected by the operator/scheduler I couldn't get through to the office manager to complain. She (yes the same one) kept transfering me to someone who wouldn't answer. I even asked for this person's extention to no avail. The staff has it made, they can act as they please without fear of reprisal. Mine is not the only review that cites staff problems here.\r
