Very bad business practices! I made an appointment for a keratin treatment and was told it would cost $195. When I went to my appointment, Donna told me that it was $250. They should have honored the price they quoted me, the price that's on their website!!! I was a fool and didn't walk out. I got the treatment. Donna gave me her business card like I will ever go back!!! They lost my business and the business of my four children. I've gone there before for expensive procedures, but their greed that day will cost them $100s of my future business! And it's so slow in there, they need all the business t hey can get!
