Review content:
It'd be crazy for me not to rate Top Builders with 5 stars! They've done four major projects for me in the last four years and I wouldn't keep hiring them if they weren't great. They've remodeled my kitchen, two bathrooms, added a screen porch, and hardwood floors. Those are the major ones and I also have some smaller projects left to do.
Andy, the owner, is an excellent designer. He has great ideas for making things beautiful and functional. The crew is competent and a joy to have in the house. They're very meticulous about cleaning and not getting in the way. You almost miss them when they leave because they really are a pleasure to have around!
Andy has done everything on time and if there is ever a delay it's because the customer may have changed their mind. He's really good at advising against things that might not hold up over time. I have a thirty-year-old house so having all the bells and whistles of a newer house can be a challenge, but everything Andy does is beautiful and he is very proud of his work.
