I would give negative stars if I could!! I went on the 15th for the Japanese straightening. They told me to wait 2 days before washing it. I waited 4. I had a hard time brushing it and I thought that was strange. I got the same treatment at the same place 3 years ago and I loved it! This time I was extremely disappointed! The first time it took between 4-5 hours. This time it took 2. I felt like it was rushed, but I assumed they knew what they were doing. I let my hair dry naturally and I was appalled at the outcome! My bangs were so fried they were sticking straight out. The back is still wavy and the sides are totally fried!! I called the next day and they told me to come back and they would fix it. That was this past Friday. They redid the Japanese treatment and also gave me a Keratin treatment. Again they told me wait 2 days. I waited 3. I'm using a Keratin shampoo and conditioner. My hair is still wavy and totally fried. They cut the ends to get rid of some of the dryness, but it's still a mess. I am going to have to get my hair completely cut off!! This was a huge waste of $200! There nothing I can do with my bangs except let them grow out. I am livid! They won't give me a refund. I filed a complaint with the Board of Cosmetology today. I will never go there or recommend this place again!
