DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE EVER!!!!! Especially your cats because they forget they're even there. This is all coming from an inside source. It makes me sick the stories I've heard. Pay $15-20 for a bath where employees that are tired or lazy will just wet the dog and put cologne on it. Also the water cannot get even remotely warm because of ""how the building is"" but the dogs stand there freezing and shaking. When they're given specific instructions like to change a bandage every day, they didn't for 5 DAYS and the dog was yelping pain!! They pretty much don't follow ANY SPECIFIC instructions given for and of those sweet animals regarding meds or obviously wound care as well. They forgot to feed the cats for 3 days. One of the employees there smacked a dog in the face which that poor dog was forever terrified of him after that and cowards in the corner. The cats are crated all day and get no playtime. They work with several rescue foundations and I've been told that the dogs they're helping to rescue end up sitting in their own urine. Save yourself the trouble and PLEASE go elsewhere!!!
