My husband and I have used Capital Lending as our mortgage broker for the original purchase of our home in 2004 and for our refinancing in 2009. Our loan originator was Rachel Hibbs. Rachel worked very closely with us through both transactions and made it all so easy for us. Rachel has worked with other people in our family when they were buying/refinancing their homes and we've all recommended Rachel and Capital Lending to our friends. Rachel and the rest of the staff were professional, thorough and a pleasure to do business with.
